COVID-19 Update: A message to our geek family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with WHO recommended social distancing and guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact on our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any UNSHIPED order for a full refund.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or other delivery companies in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited our warehouse.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our various fulfillment centers around the world. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and promotional seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday*.

Usually, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order, typically the product is shipped in 1 or 2 days following the processing day. Please note that we do not ship products on weekends.

As an option to decrease the delivery time we offer Priority Processing and Shipping - the product is processed in less than 24 hours and shipped the next day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 days to process it. The delivery time may vary depending on where do you live:

- US: 7 - 30 days (with priority processing and shipping: 2 - 20 days)

- Europe: 10 - 35 days (with priority processing and shipping: 5 - 20 days)

- Other Countries: 14 - 60 days (with priority processing and shipping: 10 - 45 days)

Due to logistic purposes, your order may be shipped in different packages.

We will provide tracking codes so you can see the status of your order along with its journey. The tracking codes will be provided once available, it can take a few days, but if it has been more than 7 days and you didn't receive it, you can email us at support@supergeekworld.shop.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, some of the countries are still facing a backlog in processing international parcels. In such cases, parcels may take longer than expected to reach the destination and we are not responsible for it.

What if I don't receive my product?

All our products have transportation insurance, if your product gets lost or if you don't receive your product in 90 days, due to an unexpected situation we will replace your order for free. If such a thing happens you need to contact us at support@supergeekworld.shop and we will analyze your case.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in the US, which means, if you aren't a US citizen, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at the final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by us. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the customs department of your country. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
