Refund policy
We have a 7-day return and policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ExceptionsÂ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take sometime before your refund is officially is posted, some credit card companies may take 30 days to process the refund.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged AND it's not due or fault. The exchange will be for the same item if applicable.
To exchange a product you must follow all the instructions provided by our support. You are responsible for shipping the product within 7 days starting to count on the day that you received it. So your exchange request needs to be requested in 7 days since the product arrived at your address, otherwise, we won't accept the request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, if applicable, we will process your new order in 5 days, once we have received the item that you sent us. The delivery time may vary depending on where you live.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations
It is possible to cancel an order within a period of 24 hours IF not shipped yet. To do send us an email at support@supergeekworld.shop with the subject "CANCELLATION". Your order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
If the product was already shipped you will need to wait to arrive at your address then will request a refund.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the item that you returned. Once the return is received by us, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
To exchange a product or request, you must follow all the above instruction and the instructions provided by our support. You are responsible for shipping the product within 7 days of when you start the request.
